Union Build Day & Spring Rebuild Day COVID-19 Update

To our partners, supporters, and sponsors:

Rebuilding Together Indianapolis is committed to doing what is best for our most vulnerable communities. With the COVID-19 pandemic and the extraordinary circumstances and risks it has caused, we are postponing our Union Build Day and Spring Rebuild Day—originally scheduled for April—to ensure that we put the health and safety of our homeowners, volunteers, and staff first.

This has not been an easy decision. We know that the homeowners we serve depend on Rebuilding Together Indianapolis to help make their homes safe. We plan to make repairs to their homes as soon as the Centers for Disease Control and the Indiana State Department of Health have given us the all-clear.

In the short term, we will continue to do what we can, remotely, to help our homeowners. If you would like to help them directly through donations or volunteering, please contact Gleaners Food Bank, https://www.gleaners.org/, or The Flanner House, https://flannerhouse.org/.
