Rebuilding Together Indianapolis Welcomes New Executive Director
Rebuilding Together Indianapolis is pleased to announce our new executive director, Kyle Hickman. Kyle is a born Michigander who has spent almost a decade living in the Indianapolis area. Kyle’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pa. and a master’s degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce in Commerce, Texas. His professional background includes curriculum development, instructional design, event planning, group facilitation, and organizational management. At the senior director level, he has served several higher education institutions and inter-fraternal nonprofit organizations.
Kyle has several years of leadership experience and enjoys serving the communities around him in various ways. He has led the Phi Kappa Psi Philanthropy Committee, coached 14-15U baseball in central Indiana, and led numerous service immersion trips. Kyle has served as chair of the Lycoming College Alumni Greek Council and has been a facilitator/speaker for countless leadership development programs. Currently, Kyle enjoys screening documentaries for the Indy Film Fest and continues to look for opportunities to serve.
